This versatile structure embodies two distinct organizational forms: the first being a corridor model, with units flanking either side, making it a fitting choice for collective housing initiatives and healthcare projects. The second option, the veranda model, boasts an expansive collective veranda on the southwest side, fostering outdoor spaces that encourage a strong sense of community among its occupants.
